A lot like a bank. Going into winter, year after year, I find it amazing how good a full barn still makes us feel, how hard the hay bill hits us, and always the hope we don’t have to load it, and then throw it all on the ground to our cows. Thanks, Anna, glad you commented 🙂
Wow, that is a lot of hay! I live in NC, and it is so odd, but just my corner of the county is in a drought. I imagine that my father-in-law will be having some large hay-bills this winter.
