cattle in a sea of fog—
just wait by the fire.

  3. Flying over it is amazing! Just a challenge for the pilot to know exactly where the airport is . . . Been there too . . .

    • Yes, we flew through a pretty thick blanket over Fresno several years ago hoping that the fog had lifted enough for the pilot to find the runway, otherwise back to SFO. UGH!

  4. Hi guys, thank you for your follow. I love this sea of fog and it can’t be all bad waiting by the fire… 🙂

  5. A perfect interpretation of my mind sometimes. 😉
My first encounter with the Tule was driving up 99 to my 1st duty station at NAS Alameda, Nov 1967. Got so cold had to put cardboard in front of the radiator to keep the car running.
