     Hurricane Norbert dissipating over the Sierras at dawn bringing spotty sprinkles. Remnants of hurricane Odile expected Thursday, no real rain forecast, but Arizona and Neveda may catch hell again. But you got to have clouds to get rain — so a good sign.

       Clouds are a start, you’re right. We had rain all weekend, and it’s too bad I couldn’t send it back in your direction.
