Frankly, I don’t know what is going on. Going into our fourth dry year and an early, and perhaps short, spring, certain species seem to thrive this year, while other languish due to a lack of moisture. Spring is not over yet, and good rains would change things drastically. Lots of Fiddleneck, Mustard, London Rocket, poppies and Wild Hyacinth showing early, but still too soon, or too dry, for most varieties.
Are you having more flowers this year since there was more rain last year?
